In 2019 I used the free redistricting extension for arcmap to split a voting district into 3 separate districts.  Now I need to do more redistricting based on the 2020 census.  The extension has disappeared from ArcMap.  Does anyone know if it's still available or has it been retired in favor of the version available for purchase? ... I have a site with two rows of gallery cards.  The top row contains four cards and the bottom row contains three cards.  I want each of the three cards in the bottom row to be the same size as each of the four cards in the top row with a blank spot on the right side of the bottom row.  I don't want the three bottom row cards to be wider so they take up the same width as the row above it.  If I add a spacer card it forces the third button below the other two.  The spacer works if it's added to a row with two cards.  How can I get it to work with a row containing three cards?  Can I edit the width of the spacer to accommodate three cards? ... For the last 30 minutes all of our web map apps (web app builder and older templates) would not load properly.  Only the basemap was visible.  All of the map layers, widgets, title text, etc. would not load.  The problem resolved itself after about 30 minutes.  I have no idea what caused the problem or how it resolved itself.  The health dashboard does not show any issues.  Has anyone else ever experienced this issue? ... Is there a way to either disable or limit batch geocoding with the ArcGIS World Geocoding Service in ArcMap, ArcPro and AGO?  It can be disabled on locators added to AGO in the Utility Settings, but as far as I can tell, not on the default world geocoder.  I'm  trying to prevent credit usage by users who may be unaware that batch geocoding with the ArcGIS World Geocoding Service consume credits.  I'd prefer not to have to remove it from the utility settings if possible. ... I'm using the AA Validate Attribute Lookup method to populate the road directional, road name, road type and municipality fields in our Road Centerline feature class.  Works well when the road directional field has a value (N, S, E, or W) but does not work if the directional field is null, which is the vast majority of cases.  Popup opens with the message "The property values cannot be changed".  It's validating against the MasterStreetName table.
