That was the issue, I rebound it to another key and it works as fast now as the others. Hopefully one day soon, Pro will release these hard coded keys to allow the same keys and keybinds as ArcMap did as I'm finding so many of the keybinds that are locked now such as the CTRL-Q and Insert, Home, PgUp, etc and ones like -=[]\;',./ and basic Fkeys are bound to things I don't really use at all and it's just making it harder to make easy editing keybinds I used to love and use with ease in ArcMap.
Wishful thinking I guess. I did find this list (https://www.esri.com/content/dam/esrisites/en-us/media/pdf/g526942-arcgis-pro-kybrd-shrtct-FINAL.pdf), but it would be easier to have a map of the keyboard and show exactly what Arc currently locks. Even entering in new (accelerators) the Customize the Ribbon will even allow you to assign say F3 to a tool, but then when you get into the map it won't work and going back you realize that keybind is no longer saved to the tool. It's really odd.
Oh well, thanks for your help in solving this issue. I know Pro is a lot more laggy than ArcMap, but that is probably going to be fixed with the new computer as mine is pretty out of date at least...
