Survey123 Repeat question plus sign

We use repeat questions for inspections and they are long, it would be great the have the plus sign above these questions.

We also inspect the same item many times, so it would be nice to ADD survey (plus sign) OR to go forward (left or right arrow) to view surveys. The way it is now - it's painful to click through 25 surveys to ADD the next one.
