In ArcScene there is a nice function to improve the quality of your 3D raster images. In the layer properties you can set the Quality enhancement for raster images to high in order to get a better quality. The default setting is quite low. That's why many raster images look kind of rough when they are added to ArcScene. Is there any possibility to control this setting from your ArcObjects code? Right now I try to implement it with Java and would appreciate any kind of help.
