I am administering several groups for many users and have invited many users to multiple groups.
When those users log in to their accounts to accept the invitations they cannot accept any invitation and instead receive the error message: "Sorry, an error occurred"

Please help me resolve this problem. At the moment the only work around I have as an option is to create new accounts for the users experiencing this problem and invite them to the groups again. This is potentially very time consuming as there are many groups and many users involved.

There was a problem where multiple invites for a group were sent, and the end user couldn't accept. We have removed the multiple entries for each user and they should be able to accept group invitations now.
