What's the type of the following interfaces?

In the OMD, some interfaces have no members listed in the coclass diagram (e.g., in the attached OMD:  esriFramework.IMultiThreadedApplication, esriFramework.IWindowPosition), what's the difference of these interfaces from the ones have members listed (e.g., esriArcMapUI.IMxApplication in the attached OMD)?
