Tabulate Area tool returns different betwwen ArcGIS 9.3.1 and 10

Hi,

I run tabulate area tool, and I obtained different results with ArcGIS 9.3.1 and ArcGIS 10.
In version 10 no all classes of feature class are reported. Parameters  (Ej. cell size) are same.

I attach a file showing that.

Please, How can I obtain same results?; Are there any parameter to contigure for that?
