At 10.2.2 accessing data from SQLExpress instance. Service publishes with no errors. Thumbnail preview in Manager shows data. However when accessing the service from browser and/or ArcCatalog, no data is visible. The REST endpoint even shows the service as running but none of the layers are listed. Has anyone else encountered this?
