Stacked Parallel Box Plot

Hey,

Today I have a special question:
I would like to create manually a stacked paralell box plot graphic.

With the Grouping Analysis tool it is possible to do this automatically.

So, I would like to do exactly this, but with existing polygones (representing the groups) and rasters (representing the values)

Do anyone have an idea how to do this?
