I did not find equations for fuzzy membership functions in the ArcGIS tutorial/web pages. Where can they be seen? One should know them in order to be able to select the correct midpoint/spread parameters. Even in the Gaussian function case, it is not stated if the spread equals standard deviation of the gaussian curve!!!
