Very rarely can I load a basemap from ArcGIS Online in Desktop 10.0 without locking up my project. Then I have to kill it through Windows task manager. Even in the rare occasions that it loads, it will eventually lock up and I'll have to kill the project. Does anyone else have this problem? Can anyone help?
