Has anyone had success downloading a map for offline use when employing a non-standard (e.g. AGS, Google, Bing) tiling scheme on your basemap?  It isn't uncommon for data collection to happen at a scale greater than 1,1128.  I don't even see the option to download my map unless it's authored with a standard basemap.

You will need to have your tiled basemap with export tiles enabled on a 10.2.2 server. You can see this being outlined in the tutorial video hosted up yesterday around the 5 min mark.

Thank you for the quick response Russ!  I've actually been using AGS Online to tile an empty map just so I can have access to my feature services at larger scales.  I haven't been able to hit my rest endpoint in AGS Online, otherwise I'd love to just tile up a blank basemap in Server and consume it in Collector.  Do you know if we have to update Server to 10.2.2 to see services in AGS Online?
