I am looking for a simple example (prototype) for implementing dynamic layers using features that are present on another layer.
I started looked atht eh RSS Weather Layer example which uses ZIP code data on the base layer to render data on a dynamic layer.
However, this example uses the old style COM-based approach.
In other words, it has not been updated to used the new patterns introduced in ArcObjects (.NET) 10.x, in particular, 10.2.1.
I'm hoping someone has already gone through the effort of "converting" this project or there is a simpler example out there.
