None of the ArcGIS Online websites that require registration etc. work properly from my work place.
This is because our web traffic comes via the US so websites report our location as New York even though we are actually in the UK.
This seems to totally confuse the ESRI websites which refuse to let me sign up for accounts, validate accounts, download software from EDN etc. If I go home it's all fine. Sort it out ESRI!
