I've downloaded, installed and configured the map tour on a server just the way it is told here: http://downloads.esri.com/blogs/places/maptour/Readme.pdf

with the configuration I placed a correct ID in the index.html
That's the only thing that I have changed in the code.

But when I load my map tour (the index.html), it keeps ...Loading Application...
On localhost and on a real server...

What could be the problem?
