Bug with Draw.VertexAdded event in ArcGIS Runtime SDK for WPF 10.2.1

Hi,
After switching to newest version of SDK I have faced the following issue when drawing polygon : starting from the 3rd vertex VertexAddedEventArgs came with the previous vertex, not the last one. When I switch to the previous version of SDK problems dissapears.
