I have a map with a number of ArcGIS Server image services in it and since the December update when the map loads in Chrome the table of contents and the toolbar at the top of the map viewer window disappear.  The map will load ok in Firefox and IE9.  Has anyone else run into this problem?

First, aggressively clear your browser cache in chrome "since the beginning of time".

it could also be that you have mixed secured content with unsecured content (https vs http). Chrome is a bit more aggressive at quietly blocking content that is http, when the page is https.

Can you share your map with everyone and post the URL here?

Hi Mike,

I did clear the cache as you suggested and I am pretty sure there is not mixed content.  Here is the url to the map:

We can reproduce the problem. Very strange. Will this web map be available publicly for us to research it?

Thanks,

Mike

Yes it is a public map so it will be available.  That would be great if the problem could be fixed.

Thanks so much

It looks like the July update has fixed the problem!
