I've tried to follow this tutorial
http://support.esri.com/en/knowledgebase/techarticles/detail/28730
and everything went ok, but I have received text file with too many zeros at the end of each value. Is it possible to set number of decimal places?
Now I have something like 565676.00000000000000000, 454333.00000000000000000, 123.123000000000000000000
I would like to have: 565676, 454333, 123.123
Is it possible with ArcGIS?
Regards
Jarek

Have you tried the
Raster to Point tool
? That may work better than that workflow from 9.0.
