Map tour not working on chrome

Hello everyone:
I had posted this question on arcgis javascript forum but I have just see this forum and this seem to be more appropiate.

I'm developing a touristic map tour with using your templates.
I have find that the template not work on Android devices with Chrome.
I have no problem with iOS and running the tour with Firefox on Adroid devices.
Have you any idea of how to solve this?

I leave you one of your examples in wich I have same problem.

Hi,
Sorry for the inconvenience, Map Tour should works well with Chrome on Android (not with the default browser), the link you posted has been corrupted. Please let me know and I will investigate.

Hello:
It seem that link does't work.
I have just make a test and I have find that several storymaps works fine and others not.
For example I'm unable to see http://storymaps.esri.com/templates/mapTour/
but
http://esripm.maps.arcgis.com/apps/MapTour/index.html?appid=fb8e06dbdc1a4a318e5acb916d085a24&webmap=...

Works perfect

I have tested in nexus 4 with android kit kat 4.4, nexus 4 with android 4.3, and booth with latest chrome isntalled.
Also tested in a galaxy tab 10.1 (it has a couple of years), and having same issues.

Thanks, I can reproduce on multiple devices too.
We are investigating and we will keep you posted here.
From now, it seems that the only work around is to the initial extent to a very large extent (can be done through Settings>Extent)

Hi,
The issue has been identified in the JS API but unfortunately the fix wasn't on time for the December release.
Next release should be early March. From now I can only recommend you to use a larger initial extent or a different browser.
