My maps and apps are opening with no data in my personal (not subscription) ArcGIS online account. Yes I am (or was) using BING. I had a license key, it is quite confusing. When the map opens message is "error - Basemap is not available. Displaying the default basemap instead." Yet none of the data I loaded in is there. Opens to a empty "My Map". Example http://bit.ly/19JAK8Y It looks like any map I had with BING layer now has no data that I loaded into it.
