Creating Streams with different accumulation areas help

Hello,

I am USING USGS 1/9th Arc Second Dem data to determine watersheds. I also want to create a stream network with only creating the streams once the flow accumulation passes the 50 acre threshold. I no I need to use the raster calculator to create a new raster with only cells over a certain number and that's based the threshold I want but I can't seem to get this to work properly. I have been assuming the DEM cell sizes are 30m by 30m. Is there a way to determine the actual sizes?

Using Arc Hydro, there is a point in the process where you put in the  number of cells at which streams should start. This is the stream  definition step. Maybe this is the process you need to go through. See  link below my signature for several posts on Arc Hydro.
