i want to use ArcObjects to customize and extend ArcMap graphical user interface with which users can search and manage the data in a more efficient way. And user can write non-spatial SQL statements to perform data retrieval. Allow users to define rules or standardsand use spatial SQL to solve specific spatial problems
is there any possible way to do it ? Thanks.
