Add Excel Data gives "Locations not found" error every time

I signed up for the trial version yesterday and installed the Excel add-on and am trying to learn the basics.

The first time I tried the Add Excel Data function it worked fine. Now every time I try it it immediately fails. I'm now following the tutorial video here with a very simple spreadsheet that contains 2 columns, one of which is Country...

...and it still fails immediately every time. I've rebooted my computer and reinstalled the add-on and started over with a new Excel doc many times.

Anybody else experience this?

Hi Brad,

Few questions :
a. Which version of Esri maps for office are you using ?
b. Are you using 'Address' to perform geocoding ?
c. Are you using 'Lat/Long' to add data to map ?
d. Are you using anything other than (a) or (b) ?

Are you confortable sharing your data with us to investigate ?
