Once published, a ArcGIS Map Service has a Full Extent and an initial Extent property. These two values don't match in our map services. The Full Extent in the map service matches what I have set in the MXD data frame Extent at time of publishing, but I don't understand where the initial extent comes from.
How is the initial extent property set for a Map Service, and is it possible to change after publishing?
