Bing Base Map Projection Error

Please view this map. http://bit.ly/15Nddz8 . When you zoom into the basemap at the largest scales it appears to have a projection issue with the operation data. They operation service is in UTMNAD83 Zone 12N. I noticed this once I switched my basemap options to our own custom BMs that are also UTMNAD83 Z12.

I actually just noticed that the shift only happens when the map item is launches from our Home Page or when it is embedded into another webpage. The share link must accommodate the projection somehow.

Hi Frank,

I see that when I click on the view in larger map, it zooms to africa. It looks like the extent parameter that's being passed in is off. I think if you remove it from line 266 in your code, it will work as expected and open to the extent of the webmap like this.
