Add Geoprocessing Tool to Toolbar Programmatically

Dear all,

In the web help, there is a description of how to add a system or custom geoprocessing tool to a toolbar. Is there any description how to do this programmatically in ArcObjects?

I would like to deploy a custom toolbar (either as an addin or installable custom component) with a menu on it that has several system and custom geoprocessing tools as menu items.
