ARCGIS Server fails to resolve server name

Hi

I am using windows 7, i have installed IIS 7.0 and then I installed ARCGIS Server. my server name is NA-LAP-3z8, however when i tried to start ARCGIS Server manager it fails to start saying it cannot resolve NA-LAP-3z8. what could be the source of problem and how to resolve it please.
