ArcGIS newbie - question regarding neatlines/borders - please help!

Hi, I'm pretty new to ArcGIS so I'm still learning. I want to put a border around my map that has a line within to seperate the main map and the other items - a reference map, legend, copyright information etc. I can't seem to find a way to do this, can anyone help?
