Is there a way to add uiview to AGSMapView

I want to add some uiviews at my mapview,and they are display at the same time,not like callout.

Is there a way to custom AGSSymbol?

How about adding the UIView under the AGSMapView, then adjust the transparency of the AGSMapView so the UIView can be seen?
