Principal Component Analysis

Hi there!

I´m beginner on PCA and need to use it in my research.

The point is: i have a set of several parameters (populations) that i use AND a fitness parameter. How can i relate these two together?

I need to find the principal components of these populations that interfere in fitness parameters.
