Survey123 Error generating reports

I use Survey123 to generate reports almost daily.  I was able to generate reports earlier today; however, this afternoon I am getting an error.  The error reads:

Error occurred when querying data from the feature layer. Cannot perform query. Invalid query parameters.

Failed Object IDs
Succeeded Object IDs

I have not made any changes to the survey or the report form.

I have cleared my history in my browser.

Any suggustions?

I made no changes but it works today!  Maybe it just needed a holiday weekend too!
