Hello, I would have a pointed, technical question. Does CityEngine software have no limits for customization or modification? Example, can I remove the cars on the streets and remove something else that I want ... If I want the 3D model of Montreal for example? I am sending a screenshot of a model from this site: https://www.3dcadbrowser.com/3d-model/montreal-city-qc-canada-2019 This model I can not modify anything, however it opens in blender. So, can the software do it, is it CityEngine accurate? Also, does city engine create 3D photogammetry models of the city I choose? I never tried city engine!

Thank you for answering me !

CityEngine rules can be customized to consume arbitrary 3D models.

CityEngine can import data from a variety of sources including the examples you have above. This is a pretty common workflow.
