Settings for Font and Font Size ?

Is there a way around for me to set up the settings for the font and font size ?

Still has not provide me an answer to get them to default. The ones you gave me the link seem to be old and obsolete .

Are you guys are working on it and I am sure the rest of us ArcGIS Pro users would have like add to it to the next version ?
