Error when "Sharing Selected Layer as A Web Map"

1. I ran the XY Event Layer tool with my csv file and then ran the Feature Class to Shapefile tool to create my new shapefile. Everything appears on ArcPro great to this point. I want to export this layer to ArcOnline.

2. I used Share as Web Layer, analyzed got no errors and then clicked publish and got a "Staging Failed" error.

Below are snippets of the errors happening
