I conducted 2 surveys back to back, using 2 different forms. The first survey was completed in about an hour (form 1), and the data was stored in the Outbox (not uploaded). The second survey took about 6 hours, using form 2. Following the second survey the data was successfully sent. Can you recommend any actions to get the data from survey 1 off of the iPad? I've tried logging out of Survey123, turning off iPad, etc, and every time I try to send from the Survey123 Outbox, I get "Getting service information." Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Does the survey in the Outbox have any errors from the submission attempt?
