Inbox surveys: Forcing fields to change existing values

In our survey we have a table nested within a point called "Dispatched To".  This table tracks every user that was dispatched for the job. Outside of the dispatched table we added a field called "Email Paperwork To" with a calculation that pulls the name of the dispatcher from the dispatched table. How can I automatically update the "Email Paperwork To" when a new dispatcher table is generated?

Can you provide more details about the workflow?  Is this being done with a new survey or are you opening an existing survey for editing?
