Attribute Table is not updated on changing the X and Y values

I am using Arcgis pro 2.3 and when ever I make any change to the x and y co-ordinates using move under Edit it is changing the co-ordinates on map but the same values are not updated in Attribute table.  I clicked on Save and saved the Project as well but still I end up in same issue.   Am I missing anything??

Another question I have is how to update the changed valued from Feature class to sde connection?? I am using Oracle database as a backend.

XY attributes are not linked to the feature geometry (shape) and will not update until you right click and select Calculate Geometry.
