Hello, I am new to Web AppBuilder and have been tasked with creating a custom widget for our web application. I have a raster layer where each pixel contains a value that represents allowable building heights. I would like the user to be able to either enter coordinates or select a location on the map and have the ability to enter a proposed building height. The final result would be a call out that shows the user an allowable height a building could be constructed. Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated.
