Exporting a layout with layout_obj.exportToJPEG is not capturing NAIP data from a service layer.

I'm using layout_obj.exportToJPEG in order to generate image tiles centered around point features. The only layers in this map are the vector layer containing the points, an ESRI Basemap, and NAIP imagery from a service layer hosted at https://naip.arcgis.com/arcgis/services/NAIP/ImageServer . The exported JPEGs show the points from my featureclass, and the ESRI basemap, but not the NAIP imagery (see images). Is there something I'm missing that needs to be done in order to export this imagery, or is that not supported for service layers? The closest documentation I've found that addresses something similar is Printing and exporting maps containing service layers—Help | ArcGIS for Desktop , which doesn't seem applicable here since there doesn't seem to be a resolution discrepancy between what is displayed and exportable in Pro.

Any help would be appreciated!
