"Override" in Legend of PDF When Exporting Using Print Widget

Hello,

I have published a feature service with editing capabilities to our ArcGIS portal and whenever I export to PDF using the Print widget "Override" appears next to a feature's symbology rather that the feature's name. Like so: 

Note: 

1.) The feature service was published as being editable

2.) There is no editing template set on this feature [I found doing this limited the user to selecting only those values I had entered on their behalf and did not allow them to enter new values they deemed appropriate]

3.) Our Portal is version 10.5.1
