Searched at length but could not figure out how to change a specific menu language. In ArcGIS Pro, when I click on the Basemap, the description of the maps to add are in Hangul (see attached picture). I am currently in South Korea, but the installation language for Pro was English. I have tried running Pro with a VPN to the US, but the tags did not change. Would appreciate help to change the labels to English.

Thanks

I would check in your ArcGIS Online organization settings.

Under Organization > Settings what is the Region

and under Map is the basemap gallery Esri Default?

Thanks Kory, I think that was the problem. My region was set to South Korea. We are also running  the software on an offline system (e.g. not connected to the internet). I still need to check that instant to see if the change propagated there. I assume I will have to re-authorize the licenses, or something similar to get the offline systems to change too.
