I'm trying to create a general, high level basemap for use in an ArcGIS Runtime App. I've been attempting to use the ESRI Navigation vector basemap (export version) in ArcGIS Pro 2.2.4 but am getting an error when I try to run the tool. See this post in the ArcGIS iOS Runtime forum for details:

Has anyone has success doing this? Is this a supported workflow for vector base maps like it is for tiled base maps?
