Hi. I'm trying to transfer a licence from one computer to another. Have successfully inactivated on one computer and am trying to complete installing on the other. Have entered the authorization # in the "Software Authorization Number" box but the "Next" button is greyed out. Any suggestions? It has been suggested that there may be a delay on ESRI's end between the inactivation on one computer and when that authorization # can be used for the other (?). I have checked the authorization # and it is correct.
You could always call Customer Service and talk to them. They may be able to help out in this case and speed things up.
