I have a new installation of 10.6 on machine A in it's own site.

I installed 10.6 on machine B.

When I try to join machine B to machine A's Site, I get a message stating:

Failed to join the site 'https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:6443/arcgis/admin/' Enable SSL Failed.

I have confirmed on machine A, via admin/security/config that HTTP And HTTPS Protocols are enabled.

I get the same Enable SSL Failed message if I try to add machine B from machine A via Manager.

Thoughts?

Have you imported the certs into each of the server machines?

I have not, shouldn't need to, right?

These are two internal AGS systems and are in my Dev environment.

I am simply trying to get two AGS systems into one AGS Site.

On these same systems, (OS = Win 2016), I installed AGS before and was able to join them to the same site.

I then wanted to change the config store location, so I uninstalled AGS from each machine. I also deleted the arcgis server folders.

I then re installed AGS, and when trying to join the B machine to Site A, I get this error.

I ended up rebuilding the OS on the systems to get past the issue.

Hopefully there is a better way, but I was running out of time.
