Hello,
i am looking for help, we are using collector for data collection. everything was going smooth while collectors in the field and syncing. Suddenly today, while syncing an error message pops out saying " An error occurred while synchronizing edits. Now i went in the error details and says "Unable to synchronize replica, Importing delta data charges failed".
Can Someone assists me because i am afraid that if i remove the down loaded collector in the device i loose all the data collected?
