I have an AGOL Scene that I am using iFrames to embed bookmarked locations into a website. About 50% of the time I am getting the following error:

The issue is fixed with a refresh of the page, but I would love to know if there is something else I can do to prevent the error from coming up.

The only modification I made was I changed the link to https in the embed for each bookmark in the AGOL scene.

Here is an example link in the site: Book of Fortresses

Thanks!

I've also started having this error appear too, seemingly out of nowhere. It also happens for me about 50% of the time, and I cannot figure out what the heck is going on. Any help would be appreciated!

I am still having this same issue. Does anyone know what to do about this? It is extremely annoying, and is now happening 3/4 of the time rather than 50% a month ago.

I'm still getting the error too, and like you, the frequency has increased to the point where it's happening every time. Very frustrating!

I second your frustration. I am now noticing that a refresh no longer fixes it every time as it did before.

ESRI: What options do we have to submit a ticket to fix this issue? Clearly this forum is not the right place.

You can call Esri Technical Support and log an issue that way. That may be the best course of action.

Thanks. The phone seems like an odd way to share links to the problem etc. I never saw a textual way to submit problems.

You have to get a case created and the analyst can send you an email that you reply to. That will give you the ability to provide the links.

That makes sense. Thank you.
