We use a third-party provided .mxd VBA project with ArcGIS, which has worked well with ArcGIS 9.3, but we are having problems using it in ArcGIS 10
I understand that VBA support will be coming to an end, but VBA is apparently supported in ArcGIS 10.
On running the VBA .mxd in ArcGIS 10, ArcMap starts up, but then we get several error messages relating to missing methods/data-members, which refer to:
Application.CurrentTool
Application.StatusBar and
Application.Caption
The third party are unable to help us on this occasion.
Can anyone help here? Has VBA support changed somehow between ArcGIS 9 and ArcGIS 10? Are there alternative ways of accessing the various items above (CurrentTool etc)?
