I am trying to create a Story Map Swipe showing a current imagery basemap from ESRI and a georeferenced aerial photo from the 30s. I can see both the imagery and photo in my web map but once I create the Story Map Swipe, I can no longer see the photo.
I am bringing the photo into my web map by hosting it on our Server. As of now the only two items I have in the Story Map are the photo and the basemap.
Any ideas?
Hi. If your web map is publicly shared, would it be possible for you to post the link here so we could try it out.
Rupert
Here is the link, like I said, there should be a georeferenced image from the 30s. Shows up in the Web Map, just not the Story Map.
Thanks Rupert
Hi Nik,
Looks like the web map is referncing a service that's just local to your machine?

The swipe app might be struggling to maintain this connection even though the web map shows it.
Do you have the option of accessing the service from a machine that has IIS installed?
Carmel
The georeferenced image doesn't draw for me in either of the two web maps you are using in this Story Map:

Your image service is not accessible over the web via the protocol you are using to access it.

Perhaps contact Esri Tech Support on how best to configure and access that service.

Yes our server just went offline temporarily, we are working with IT to fix it. I will reply back when its back online. Thanks for the help.
