basemap/layer with structures

I am trying to create a simple street map in ArcGIS Online, similar to the Google map below.  The streets aren't a problem, but a critical component of my map is the structures, which I cannot find on ArcGIS Online.  If structures are available, either in a layer or basemap, can someone please point me in the right direction?  Thank you!

If you are building a Google-like basemap, can you share your work?  I'm not that fond of Esri's street map and would like to mimic the Google street map since I can't simply use Google basemaps in Esri products.
