Hey rscheitlin
Having an issue with the identify widget where it will work on Feature Services but will not retrieve results when using a map service for the Identify Widget specifically. I have the necessary functions set up to allow for Identifying the map service but it will not work. I can just click on the map and retrieve results from the data in this map service and I can also use the Select Widget to retrieve results from the map service but not the Identify widget. As far as I can tell I am using Identify Widget version 2.4 and Web App DEV editon 2.4.
Sorry for being vague but hopefully you can still understand the issue here.
Thanks, Jason

Robert,
So when you add the mapservice to the Identify widget are you sure you are adding it using the same protocol (ie. http vs https) as the one that is be used in the web map?
Are there any errors presented in browsers web console when you attempt to use the widget?
Hey Robert,
Thanks for the prompt response. I have attached the following screen shot to show the error that I am getting from the Dev console. Additionally, just below this error there is a information warning saying that the map service that I am trying to acquire required Cross Origin Resource Sharing (CORS). The map service is not ours but was given to us to use in our map with simple login credentials. The username and password are entered at the time of adding the map service URL into the identify widget. I would have thought that would allow for its official use in this widget.

Hey Robert,
That was the ticket! Thanks a ton. I appreciate your help as well as the widgets that you provide to the GIS community!
